About the Lula Eye Masks in Rose:
* There are 5 eye masks in each box
* The rose scent is very mild and gentle
* The eye mask is lightweight and very comfortable
* The warming ingredients are naturally occurring (iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon, salt and water).
* Each eye mask warms once and can then be reused as a regular eye mask.
* The eye masks are made with non-woven fabric.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the ingredients the strength of scent can vary from eye mask to eye mask. The strength can not be guaranteed as some essence may be absorbed by the natural iron ingredients and it starts to dissipate once opened. Everyone’s sense of smell is individual with varying levels of sensitivity to different smells. If you do enjoy a stronger scent we recommend pairing the eye mask with one of our Lula Essential Oils.

Orders may take 2–4 days to process. In many cases, items in stock can be ready for collection sooner. Some products are handcrafted or sourced directly from our growers, which may require additional time. You will receive a notification after your order is confirmed once your items are ready for collection.

Local delivery (QLD only) from our team of staff.
We ensure all plants are delivered safely to your chosen destination. You will receive a text notification when your order is out for delivery, along with a message in advance to confirm whether it can be left in a safe location. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If no safe place is available and no one is present to receive the order, we are unable to complete the delivery. A reattempt can be arranged, but it will incur an additional delivery fee.

Shipping rates vary based on the weight and size of your parcel, and express shipping is available.

Our shipping service applies to plant care products (excluding soil items due to state quarantine restrictions), dried florals, propagation vessels, cards, and small homewares.

Please note that we do not ship live potted plants, terrariums, or cacti and succulent gardens.

Each dried floral arrangement is packed individually to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. Because of this, separate orders must be placed for each arrangement to account for shipping costs and proper packaging.

Please leave contact details for the recipient under the Shipping details. We will not spoil the surprise, however we will need to notify them that a gift is on it's way so that we can leave it in a designated safe place if necessary.

We do not redeliver the order if there is not a safe place to leave the order, or if no one is able to accept the order. This will incur an additional delivery charge if we are required to reattempt delivery.
