Returns
We cannot accept returns for products that have already been used or if the product is a fragrance or body product. If the product is in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, you may return the item to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, or store credit. (excluding shipping costs).
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept refunds after the plant has left our store. We can assist you with expert advice from our team to help you with troubleshooting of your plant/s.
We are committed to carefully transporting your plants safely to their destination. In the event that your plant/s arrive damaged through our local delivery service, we will replace it upon it's return to our store*. It is natural for plants to show signs of minor damage or blemishes through transit. We do not replace plants under our minor damage* criteria. We deem this as repairable via new growth and treating your plant with pruning or water where required. In the event that your plant displays indications of irreparable harm, it is our request that you contact us within a 24 hour time frame subsequent to your delivery. We kindly ask that you attach corresponding photographic evidence depicting the nature of the inflicted harm, so that we may conduct an assessment and address your claim accordingly. If your claim meets our criteria for substantial damage, we will replace it upon it's return to our store.
*Remember that live plants may display slight signs of stress after being transported. To help your plant recover from its journey, gently trim any foliage that was damaged during shipping, such as bent stems or yellow leaves. This will encourage your plant to perk up and thrive in its new home.
