Not all plants are created equal. They each have unique water, light and fertilising requirements to hit their optimum growth and thrive sweet spots. Aroids and Tropical houseplants need a blend of large chunk orchid bark, perlite, coco peat and compost to really live their best lives.

The plant runner team has formulated a mix of quality ingredients to best replicate the soil conditions  from the rainforest floor where many aroids grow. This combination is designed to be the loving and supporting foundational base for your Monsteras, Philodendrons, Syngoniums, Anthuriums. It creates the ideal home for the roots to grow and multiply and sets your Aroids up to lead long lives. 

They’ve taken plant-loving-nerdiness to the next level with this mix by adding in horticultural charcoal to remove toxicities and added in neem granules to bolster beneficial plant minerals. We don’t add in any slow release fertilisers, so you can be sure you’re in complete control of your plant’s feeding. 

Use the Aroid Mix when it’s time to repot your plant or when you've just brought home a new memeber of your plant fam and want to hook them up with the good stuff.

Orders may take 2–4 days to process. In many cases, items in stock can be ready for collection sooner. Some products are handcrafted or sourced directly from our growers, which may require additional time. You will receive a notification after your order is confirmed once your items are ready for collection.

Local delivery (QLD only) from our team of staff.
We ensure all plants are delivered safely to your chosen destination. You will receive a text notification when your order is out for delivery, along with a message in advance to confirm whether it can be left in a safe location. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If no safe place is available and no one is present to receive the order, we are unable to complete the delivery. A reattempt can be arranged, but it will incur an additional delivery fee.

Shipping rates vary based on the weight and size of your parcel, and express shipping is available.

Our shipping service applies to plant care products (excluding soil items due to state quarantine restrictions), dried florals, propagation vessels, cards, and small homewares.

Please note that we do not ship live potted plants, terrariums, or cacti and succulent gardens.

Each dried floral arrangement is packed individually to ensure it arrives safely at its destination. Because of this, separate orders must be placed for each arrangement to account for shipping costs and proper packaging.

Please leave contact details for the recipient under the Shipping details. We will not spoil the surprise, however we will need to notify them that a gift is on it's way so that we can leave it in a designated safe place if necessary.

We do not redeliver the order if there is not a safe place to leave the order, or if no one is able to accept the order. This will incur an additional delivery charge if we are required to reattempt delivery.
